Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully, to respect our intellectual property, and not to attempt to disrupt or compromise its operation.
Pilot programme
Participation in the pilot programme is by invitation and governed by a separate pilot agreement signed between NhakaYedu and each pilot farm.
Intellectual property
The NhakaYedu name, logo, content and software are owned by NhakaYedu and its partners. Indigenous knowledge contributed to the Knowledge Hub remains attributed to its source communities.
No warranty
The website is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep information accurate, we make no guarantees about completeness or suitability for any specific purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NhakaYedu is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
